The certification content focuses on Cisco Systems CallManager, quality of service (QoS), gateways, gatekeepers, IP phones, voice applications, and utilities on Cisco routers and Cisco Catalyst switches.

Examination Passing Policy. Should a student complete a TEC Boot Camp Program without having successfully passed all vendor examinations, the student may re-attend that program for a period of one year. A student will only be responsible for hotel accommodation and vendor exam fees.
